Jennifer Foo

Council Member

Jennifer Foo is a senior executive leader, with a breadth of experience in prudential and enterprise risk management, technology, consulting, business process automation/reengineering and project delivery across financial services and different industries. She has worked at the Australian prudential regulator to ensure entity resilience, compliance to banking regulatory frameworks and reforms, and respond to thematic, systemic, emerging and contagion issues and risks. Jennifer has recently been appointed to the role of Functions Chief Risk Officer at BUPA, with oversight across the Asia Pacific region.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney. She is a member and Graduate of the AICD (GAICD), as well as professional accreditations from ISACA covering Information Security Management, Audit, systems Controls and Governance of Enterprise IT (CISM, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT).

Jennifer is a new parent within the ÌÇÐÄlogoÃ×·ÆÍà community – her daughter started at the School in 2024. She is passionate about using her governance and risk management experience to give back to the community, having volunteered on not-for-profit Boards. She is excited to support ÌÇÐÄlogoÃ×·ÆÍà in achieving the vision and strategic goals that will enable generation of girls to 'dare to be more' throughout their purpose-filled lives.
