Languages Day 2018

ÌÇÐÄlogoÃ×·ÆÍà celebrated a colourful day of cultural diversity on Thursday 7 June 2018, when we held our annual Languages Day.

Students from Year 6 to Year 10 were immersed in a range of vibrant and exciting activities to connect them further with the cultures of the languages that they study. These activities included French and Chinese cooking, Indonesian and Italian dancing, Tyrol dancing, Chinese drumming and Kung Fu, a French concert, French story-telling and drama workshops, Japanese obstacle courses and Venetian mask-making. Students were able to enjoy a lunch that showcased the cuisines of Italy, Japan, China, Spain and France.

It was an exciting and engaging day, where culture and language came to life.
