ÌÇÐÄlogoÃ×·ÆÍà Hosts the Round Square Discovery Framework We were proud to host the Round Square Discovery Framework at ÌÇÐÄlogoÃ×·ÆÍÃ. 18 teachers visited our school from across Australia and New Zealand to take part in this initiative. Round Square is a global network of over 150 schools across 50 countries and six continents who share a passion for character education and experiential learning. Round Square is built around six IDEALS of learning: International Understanding, Democracy, Environmental Stewardship, Adventure, Leadership and Service. Alongside these IDEALS, students are encouraged to explore their learning through 12 DISCOVERIES: Inquisitiveness, Tenacity, Courage, Compassion, Inventiveness, Ability to Solve Problems, Self-Awareness, Sense of Responsibility, Appreciation of Diversity, Commitment to Sustainability, Communication Skills and Teamwork Skills. The Discovery Framework was held at ÌÇÐÄlogoÃ×·ÆÍà on Friday 4 May and Saturday 5 May 2018. Round Square has been a fixture in ÌÇÐÄlogoÃ×·ÆÍÃ’s co-curricular program, with students from Year 8 to Year 11 having the opportunity to embark on exchanges to other Round Square schools.
